Ujjwal Lahiri, the great-great-grandson of Lahiri Mahashay—known as the “Father of Kriya Yoga”— shares the teachings of Kriya Yoga, as it comes handed down and preserved in the dynastic lineage from father to son , with those who are sincerely interested. Teachings and practices of Kriya Yoga are shared through initiation programs and retreats that are held at the Lahiri family shrine , ‘Satyalok’ , in Varanasi. These events are held 3 times a year , in January , July and October. Retreats are occasionally held outside Varanasi also , such as the Mahakumbh retreat in Jan 2025 at Prayagraj.
